Phygital app for kids 3–15. The first that rewards them when they put the phone down and act in the real world.
Everyone talks about screen time, no one about what replaces it. "Educational" apps stack badges to keep the child glued to the screen — same mechanic as TikTok with a pedagogical veneer.
Kidverse flips the contract. The reward isn't earned BY using the app, but AFTER, in the real world. You do a quest (gardening, drawing, running, reading aloud); the app verifies you did it; you earn atoms, the universe's currency. The more you put the phone down, the more you progress.
The phygital validation engine fuses sensors: camera (object present / gesture done), mic (reading aloud), accelerometer (running), geolocation (visiting a place), with passive AI verification — never persisted. We verify, discard, reward.
The mobile app (React Native + Expo) runs in a monorepo with a NestJS API exposed via Apollo Router. Four creative studios (music, cinema, game, story) generate kid-specific rewards via Claude. All content is moderated in two passes — AI then human — with zero threshold on safety-touching items.
